Refund policy — There are no refunds for custom made garments. All garments are custom hand made and cannot be refunded, only exception is if the order is wrong, defected or has not been delivered. Due to COVID19 The Black Tailor store is not accepting returns for opened items. For none custom items such as hats refunds are only permitted if the order is wrong, defected or has not been delivered.
Delivery policy — For hats, the items are shipped out within 3 - 5 business days if in stock. For Custom made items they are shipped out in 4 - 6 weeks.
Return policy – Items must be in good condition and have not been worn or defected. Items can only be returned if they meet the criteria of good condition. No Custom items can be returned.
Cancellation policy — Orders can be cancelled before items have been sent out.
